1. The first thing I would do is ensure I fostered good relationships between the staff and myself so that every person feels important. One way I could resolve the problem is to lead by example and demonstrate the way I wanted my staff to behave. I could spend more time being present with my staff to ensure they are following through with work. If I had to correct a staff member, I would highlight their positive qualities, reassuring them that those qualities will aid in their corrective action.
